Regular stayer, good rates via Booked.net. Nice clean room for budget travellers. Hotel located within vivinity of mamak & chinese eateries so dont have to drive out.
Thin blanket, noise can be heard from inside the room. Doors hinges need to be oiled as they gave creaking sounds which can be heard 3 doors away.

Non hassle check in, free car park in front of hotel and coffee shop just beside the hotel. Good for short trip, budget-style like. Clean towels but thin blanket. LCD TVs with many channels.
Room amenities spoilt, like toilet roll holder. Thin blanket.

Promotion price: RM31 was hard to beat. There is nothing delux about Delux Double room. As long as you keep your expectation low, you are fine.
It is more like a hostel. Noisy staircase, your room may have no windows.

New and comfortable bed and a very clean toilet.
Theres no cupboard in the the room and to me the pillow is a litlle bit uncomfortable.

the staff was helpful. he gave us a bigger room without request as we planned to come in group that consists of 6 in a family.
quite difficult to find the hotel as it does not have any signboard to enter the junction.

Convenient an value for money. Wifi is free anywhere in the hotel. Staff will provide password upon request

Prive is just right for the location
There is a 24hour food establishment beside the hotel. Location is close to Kulai town.

1. easy to find 2. value for money
The surrounding (out side hotel) is very terrible, dirty. old shop lots with dogs barking at night. not a save area. if i know, i will not stay here.

The boss was so kind and helpful. He offer his own transport just in case i cant find my own transportation.
Hard to find taxis or transportation from the hotel and the surround was so quite not suitable for family vacation. i advice to get a taxi no from the JB town for on call taxi.
